FULL VIEW, PLEASE!

Wee, a hummingbird! =D And, my first complete deviation of the summer! Although, I'm not really sure whether this counts as a summer drawing. Although I did most of the details today and finished it today, I started it a while ago. I just didn't finish it then because I was swamped with projects, papers, and final exams. O__o; But, anyways, here it is. I hope you like this drawing- it took me quite a while and was 30 layers. x__x Please critique! Oh, and of course, I used a reference. I don't have the url since I just saved the picture, but if anyone REALLY wants me to find the reference for them, I'll dig the url up.

EDIT: Keep in mind while you're looking at this that the white behind the eye isn't part of the eye, but just white feathers that happen to be behind it. ^^;

Aww, thank you!! =D It really isn't that hard if you approach things a bit at a time using the magnify tool and a reference. I'm sure you'd be able to do it, too. ^__^
